Main photographic subject: I like mountains, the calm of the first hours of the day, and dawns in particular. Making photos of these landscapes make me feel connected with them and give me feelings that now I can not lack of.
Style: I don’t like to think I have a style because I don’t follow a rule, I just try to capture what captures me, to fix these moments of emotion.
Favorite destinations: My region (Trentino Alto Adige) offers beautiful landscapes.
Influences: I’ve been always keen on landscapes, those who transmit a dream through the pictures. In particular I appreciated and still appreciate the work of Clickalps photographers, a group that I follow in the photo travel.

When did you started with photography?
I started to take pictures approximately 3 years ago.
Where does this passion come from?
I began because I was curious and I wanted to stop using the automatic mode and understand how it works from a technical point of view. Then I discovered the art of photography, the emotions that it gives and from this point I’ve never stopped: it is a never ending research of beauty.
What do you look for in photography?
In my pictures I try to fix emotions.
What does photography mean to you?
From my point of view photography is the synonym of life.
What should photography communicate according to you?
I think that photography is a unique way to communicate, but the messages are not necessarily understood like the photographer has thought.
Do you conceive photography as an instinctive or a more planned activity?
I think it is a mixture of both, on one hand you need precise planning and studying phases, on the other hand in the very moment prevails instinct and emotions.
What inspires you the most when you travel?
Everywhere, the main inspiration comes from the light.
