This square is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating and rich-in-history in Europe. Renamed a few times, it was originally dedicated to Louis XV, and through history it has been the background scene of several important moments, including the death of Robespierre, Danton, Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette. In more recent years, the square, already stunning for the many aristocratic building around it, has been enriched by the presence of the Luxor Obelisk.
- Step 3 Alexandre III Bridge
The biggest and the most decorated bridge in art nouveau style in town, has street lights and statues of nymphs and cherubs on both sides. It is particularly fascinating when lights are on and the bridge is elegantly illuminated. Once more, for a photo lover it is possible to take advantage of the movements and the reflections of the water.

The cathedral is considered a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, even thanks to the many stunning details it presents both inside and outside (rose windows, steeples, gargoyles, statues...).
